What's New on the TEA IX Website

TEA IX is now bilingual!
Next Generation Computer Solutions is pleased to announce that TEA IX is now available in French. As well, the TEA IX website can be accessed in French or in English - just choose the language you prefer from the opening splash page. The French site is a mirror-image of the English, so all information (excluding the Restricted-Access Support Pages) is available in either language. You can also switch the language on the page you are viewing at any time by simply clicking the appropriate link, usually located in the top, right-hand corner of the page. You can access the TEA IX Web site at http://www.nextgen.on.ca/tix.

Online TEA Forums and User Community
Among the cool enhancements recently made to our TEA IX website, the addition of the TEA Forums is expected to become the most valued by our users. The TEA Forums are part of an online user community where TEA users from around the globe can search for and share information. The Forums are also continually monitored by TEA Support staff so they offer one of the quickest means of support. As with any online community, the most important key to its success is the people that make up the community. We encourage all of you to visit the TEA Forums soon … and visit them often. As the community grows, it will provide an invaluable resource for all. Access the TEA Support zone to start using the TEA Online Forums >>> today!

TEA Documentation
From the TEA Support zone, click the Resource Centre link to expand the contents of this section, then click Document Library. You will find a variety of TEA-related documents, such as Installation guides and Tutorial guides. You can also download the TEA online help which contains step-by-step instructions for numerous functions in TEA IX. We encourage you to download it at your convenience - we're sure you will find it a very useful reference tool. Additions and modifications are made regularly and we will announce the availability of new and updated documents in the TEA Forums.

Feature Suggestions and Recommendations

We currently receive numerous phone calls to our TEA Support Desk from users wishing to make suggestions and recommendations on how to improve our software. While we genuinely appreciate the feedback and welcome all comments, the TEA Support Desk is not intended for this use. Our TEA Support Team is on call to provide assistance with any problems you encounter while using the program and to answer any questions regarding current features and functionality.

We would sincerely appreciate if you would use the Product Feature Suggestion Form, available on the TEA IX website, to submit all suggestions and recommendations for program functionality and improvements. Not only will this allow us to better manage all incoming requests, it will also allow our TEA Support Team to do what they do best - support the program and help you! Please remember that while we guarantee that we will consider all of the suggestions submitted to us, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be implemented in future versions of the software.
