What's New!
TEA 10 is Coming The newest version of The Exceptional Assistant is coming soon and we want you to be the first to know about it! It is our vision that TEA 10 will make it possible for your organization to use a single integrated database to manage all core activities in order to achieve your mission. We are making significant enhancements based on your recommendations and feedback. These enhancements will undoubtedly help your organization evolve to a new level of productivity. CommonGoals is Blogging! Visit our TEA 10 Blog and get the insider's view to new functionality and features in the next version of The Exceptional Assistant; the business problems it will help you solve; and why they are of critical importance to your lending organization. We look forward to your comments and questions, so visit the blog and share your thoughts with us. If you are new to reading blogs and subscribing to them, you will find some information on how to get set up quickly in our RSS Primer. Feature Delinquency As announced in Issue 13 of the Power of Nine eNewsletter, we are presenting the first in a series of three articles discussing the critical elements of an effective Loan Portfolio Management (LPM) process. Delinquency is the first and most obvious signal that there is a problem with a loan. A missed or late payment comes with a reason; they all do. Some of those reasons are valid while others are red herrings. Regardless, they both must be worked out with your borrower. Training & Support New Employee Introduction to TEA As you know, new employee orientation is a critical factor in helping a new person develop a productive, lasting relationship with your organization. If your new employee is going to be a TEA user, you probably want to get this person up and running quickly. We recommend that you sign up your new employee for TEA training as soon as possible, but in the meantime there are a few steps that must be performed in order for your new employee to start working with TEA. The first is to create a user account for the new employee. TEA Support Surveys Over the past few weeks, you may have seen a TEA Support Survey request in your Inbox following the completion of a support issue with a member of our TEA Support Team. At CommonGoals Software, we are always looking for ways to improve and enhance our support services. We think that one of the best ways to achieve this is by listening to feedback, suggestions and ideas from our customers. So here is your chance! |
