Online Mini Courses Well Received
The latest round of online Mini-Courses received great feedback from our participants. Over 89% of our users gave their training session top marks in their course evaluations!
This format of training allows attendees to remain in the comfort of their office while still enjoying the ability to ask questions and learn how to use TEA features in real time. Fall courses are now available for advanced Custom Report Builder users. Click here to find out more about CRB 2 training. Register and pay before November 1 and receive a printed copy of the training manual.
Technical Support Surveys
As part of our support process and efforts to continuously improve our services we have started sending out technical support surveys following the completion of support tickets. If you receive a request to complete a survey we encourage you to do so.
Your evaluation of our performance is extremely valuable and will help us be more responsive to your needs in the future. Many thanks to all who have submitted feedback!

We are currently accepting registrations for online training for Custom Report Builder – Level 2 . Classes are instructor-led, internet-based sessions. Reserve your place in this course today!

Did you know that you can email TEA Support and access the TEA Website from within the TEA program? From within the TEA program go to Help | Email TEA Support or Help | Visit the TEA Website.
You must use your assigned Username and Password to access the Online Support area. If you have lost or misplaced your login information, please contact TEA Support and we will email this information to you.
