TEA IX 9.16 Update
TEA 9.16 has officially been released and is full of new features and enhancements. We strongly advise that you complete the update to take advantage of these new features. Here are a few items that have been added in Version 9.16:
General
- Automatic record numbering for Client, Business, Investment, Investor and Project records. Automatic loan numbering was implemented in a previous version.
- The number of user-defined fields has increased for the Client, Rolodex, Business, Loan and Project Modules. You can now categorize them into five user-defined categories. New Boolean (True/False) user-defined fields are now available.
- Security added to Loan Fund, Payment Method and Loan status so that TEA Administrators can control which users have access to and the ability to modify these fields.
- Added a Global Provision for Loss updater that allows doubtful amounts to be added/adjusted on loans based on customized delinquency buckets and percentage of loss percentages. Buckets are defined in TEA Admin and percentages are assigned to each loan fund for each bucket.
- Added a log to the Global Interest Updater that can be saved and printed after the update is complete.
Loan Module
- Added the ability to select multiple loan funds when printing loan reports. Before you could only print all funds or just one fund.
- Loan Documentation: In TEA Administration module, users can now add reports (documents) for loans and group them into templates. Then from TEA a user can select a loan and print a template, which will print all reports in that template for that loan. Useful when printing standard loan documentation quickly and easily.
Client Module
- Expanded the information tracked for Native clients in the Client Module.
- Added new fields to the Client Module, including Citizenship, Military Service and Status, and Veteran Status.
- Updated the Bulk E-mail | Notes | Contacts feature to allow user to specify the date of the contact/note.
- Added additional fields to Miscellaneous Contacts to track referral and municipality information for bulk entries.
