Calendar

The Exceptional Assistant will automatically open to the Calendar Page every time you login. From here, you can view and create new tasks to be completed. Keep track of your schedules and appointments as well as those of the other TEA users in your office. This is a handy feature for office managers, project leaders or anyone who needs to review completed or outstanding appointments and tasks for a team.

TEA allows you to report details from scheduled tasks and appointments. For example you can track the type (and sub-type) of appointment and how much time has been spent during a given time period. As with all TEA modules, you can customize drop-down menus to suit your organization's needs. For your convenience the calendar can also be syncronized with Microsoft ® Outlook.
