Rolodex
TEA allows you to enter a complete list of contacts you do not consider your
clients such as community partners, banks and government agencies. This list is kept separate
from your list of Clients so that the two are not confused. Rolodex contacts can be added, edited, deleted or imported from other address databases such as Microsoft ® Access or Excel.
The Rolodex provides you with many addtional tools such as the ability to track the services
used by the individual, book appointments, track all contacts and attach related documents. A Grouping function also allows you to categorize the entries in the Rolodex for fast access to frequently used service-providers.
