Open to TEA 9 in Western Canada and the United States
Ten individual online courses have been developed to target TEA as it relates to specific roles and tasks of individual positions within an organization. Mini courses vary from 2-3 hours in length and are designed for Loan Officers, Finance Officers, SEB Program Coordinators, Project Managers, Credit and Collections Officers, Database Administrators, Management and Board Members.

Open to current TEA 10 users in Atlantic Canada and Ontario
New online courses addressing specific areas and features in TEA 10 and targeting various job positions.
3. FedDev/FedNor CFDC Regional Training Sessions Now accepting registrations Advanced
Open to current TEA 10 users in Ontario (FedDev/FedNor-supported Organizations)
Regional training sessions have been scheduled for Ontario Community Futures Development Corporations. Each session is a two-day on-line course aimed at the main TEA users in each office. Experience with TEA 10 is required.
4. Custom Report Builder -

This training session focuses on the basic aspects of developing custom reports using the Custom Report Builder available in our software solutions. Learn how to modify reports, mail merge, create labels, and develop reports from scratch and much more.
5. Custom Report Builder -
Level 2 - Online		 Current schedule completed - please contact us for more information Advanced
This course builds on the skills learned in CRB Level 1 and introduces more advanced topics, such as sub-reports, cross-tab reports and formulas. Upon completion of this course, you will feel more comfortable developing complex reports with TEA.
7. Atlantic Canada - Delinquency Training for AACBDC Current schedule completed - please contact us for more information All
The sessions focus on effective methods of managing delinquent loans in TEA and to improve your corporation’s financial performance over the long-term. Please note that this course is exclusive to Atlantic Canada CBDCs.
