Online Mini-Courses
These online training sessions for TEA are instructor-led courses that are 2 or 3 hours in length. They are tailored
specifically to address the tasks and functions performed within TEA according to the duties of various staff positions within an organization. There are sessions
for Loan Officers, Finance Officers, SEB Program Coordinators, Project Managers, Credit and Collections Officers, Database
Administrators, and Management and Board Members, each one focusing on how TEA can be used to its fullest potential and be of greatest benefit to those who use it.
Format
These mini-courses are being offered online. Each course is instructor-led and will be hosted using GotoMeeting®. This is an application that allows multiple people to participate in group events such as meetings, product demonstrations and training sessions. Costs
Payment must be received prior to the start of the course. Costs vary according to the length of the course. Please check the schedule below for details.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled class date in order to receive a refund. Cancellations
received within 5 days of the scheduled class date will receive credit towards a future session, no direct refund will be issued.
We require a minimum number of students in order to run the class. If there are not enough students registered for a particular session then
the session will be cancelled and refunds provided to all registrants.
