Online Training Sessions

1.	Online Mini Courses	Now accepting registrations	All Levels
Ten individual online courses have been developed to target TEA as it relates to specific roles and tasks of individual positions within an organization. Mini courses vary from 2-3 hours in length and are designed for Loan Officers, Finance Officers, SEB Program Coordinators, Project Managers, Credit and Collections Officers, Database Administrators, Management and Board Members.

2.	Custom Report Builder - Level 1 - Online	Now accepting registrations	Advanced
This training session focuses on the basic aspects of developing custom reports using the Custom Report Builder available in our software solutions. Learn how to modify reports, mail merge, create labels, and develop reports from scratch and much more.

3.	Custom Report Builder - Level 2 - Online	Now accepting registrations	Advanced
This course builds on the skills learned in CRB Level 1 and introduces more advanced topics, such as sub-reports, cross-tab reports and formulas. Upon completion of this course, you will feel more comfortable developing complex reports with TEA.

4.	Atlantic Canada Regional Training Sessions for CBDCs	Current schedule completed - please contact us for more information	Advanced
The sessions will take an in-depth look at TEA's advanced features and functionality. The material to be covered requires an intermediate to advanced-level understanding of TEA's general functionality and is not intended for new TEA users. Please note that this course is exclusive to Atlantic Canada CBDCs as part of our existing training arrangement with the Association.

5.	OACFDC Regional Training Sessions	Current Schedule Completed	Advanced
Group training sessions for TEA have been scheduled. These advanced, 2-day training sessions are being offered online beginning in January & February 2007. The sessions will take an in-depth look at TEA's advanced features and functionality. The material to be covered requires an intermediate to advanced-level understanding of TEA's general functionality and is not intended for new TEA users.
