To our valued customers,
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve day-to-day in Canada, we are writing to share an update on how we are addressing COVID-19 in our operations, especially as we adapt to changes to our daily routines in both our personal and professional lives.
We are closely monitoring this developing situation and are basing our actions and decisions on recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada and relevant local authorities. The health and safety of our employees, our families and our communities remains our top priority. We have provided the necessary resources to enable all employees to work remotely from home and are actively supporting their changing needs.
Beginning Wednesday, March 25, 2020, our office will be closed until further notice, as mandated by the Province of Ontario. All employees will be working remotely from home.
We know this situation is exceptional and we are working hard to keep operations up and running smoothly during this tumultuous time. Being able to respond and react quickly to this constantly evolving situation while maintaining uninterrupted service for our customers is a huge part of our commitment and culture.
Our TEA Support team members are available to answer your questions, if and when needed. All telephone calls to our office will automatically be routed to our voice-messaging system where you can leave a voicemail for our TEA Support team. We also encourage you to reach out via e-mail at teasupport@commongoals.com as this will be our preferred method of contact during this time.
For all other business, voicemail and e-mail will continue to be monitored and responded to as usual.
While the environment around us is uncertain and the coming days and weeks may bring tough challenges, we take comfort in the fact that we have a world-class team and a compassionate and loyal community of customers. We are committed to meeting or exceeding the government’s guidance during this crisis to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and keep our employees, families and communities safe while continuing to support our customers with as little disruption to service as possible. If our situation changes, we will keep you informed.
Thank you for your support and stay safe!
