System Configurability

Just because TEA is not technically “custom software” doesn’t mean it has to feel that way!  We provide a number of ways for users to customize the TEA experience to their needs, preferences and roles.

  • System Configurability

System administrators can configure various aspects of the software including drop-down lists, system defaults, data-entry wizards, user-definable fields, system security, and financial products using our TEA Administration Module.

  • Custom view creation

A view is a presentation of key fields of data for managing your clients. Within TEA we provide several out-of-the-box views for each primary module in the system.   We have views for Pipeline Management, Delinquency, Portfolio Analysis, Activates, Outcomes and many more.  We also allow you to create unlimited personal and system-wide custom views for intuitive and focused data display using our powerful views manager.  Views can be customized to contain the exact fields, filtering and grouping you require to complete your job role.  Custom Views are a key feature in creating an amazing user experience and the highest level of efficiency for assessing and analyzing data.  All views can be directly exported to Excel for creating graphs, pivot tables and other related business intelligence.

  • Data Entry Wizards

Every core module in TEA comes with step-by-step wizards that simplify the data entry procedure for new records.  Our wizards are easy to use and provide efficient, streamlined data entry.  They are also configurable!   Users can customize the entry wizards in each module of the software so that the fields align 100% with the data and information you require from your customers.  This streamlines the entry process and makes data entry for staff and users straight-forward and efficient.

  • Interface Chooser

New to TEA 10 is our end-user interface chooser.  This tool allows organizations to remove any features and fields in the system that are not required for their service offering.  This creates simplicity for end-users as the functionality and data fields directly align with your organizational requirements.

TEA integrates with numerous accounting packages including Sage AccPac, QuickBooks, Fundware, Peachtree and Simply Accounting.  Handles departmentalization, multiple loan funds, automatic batch creation and more.

  • User Security

A powerful yet simple to manage permissions-based security system allows you assign personal logins and define role-based profiles so that that employees have access to only the feature and functionality they need to perform their duties.

Program updates and fixes, seamlessly applied in our hosted environment, are included with all Support Contracts and ensure you always have the latest features and fixes available.

  • Expanded Functionality via Add-On Modules
