On-site Training

On-site Training

We come to you!  CommonGoals software offers on-site training for $1,250 per day + expenses.  The vast majority of administrative setup will be completed prior to the implementation and training so therefore we can focus solely on training the users.  The training is conducted in both group and individual one-on-one formats to deal with general software utilization and general components such as tasks and client information.  Thereafter, we provide role based training for each of the primary functional areas in your organization (Finance, Loan Officers, Administration, etc.)  We bring all required documentation, develop a specific tailored agenda and exercises for your specific utilization of TEA to ensure all participants are completely informed and ready to go live with the software.

Online Training

Online Training

Similar to on-site training but without the added cost of travel expenses.   Online sessions are made available using GotoMeeting which provides the ability to conduct both group and individual one-on-one sessions.  The training can be recorded so users can review the entire TEA implementation sessions as frequently as required.  It also assists when you have new staff members join your team.  As with on-premises training, the vast majority of administrative setup will be completed prior to the implementation and training so therefore we can focus solely on training the users.  We provide role based training for each of the primary functional areas in your organization (Finance, Loan Officers, Administration, etc.)  We provide all required documentation, develop a specific tailored agenda and exercises for your specific utilization of TEA to ensure all participants are completely informed and ready to go live with the software.

Live Webinars

Live Webinars

A webinar – short for web-based seminar – is a live and interactive session which participants view from their own office or home via the internet. Webinars consist of a combination of video, audio and interactive elements enabling you to actively contribute to the discussion in real-time. A webinar is a great, cost-effective means of bringing people together for meetings, presentations, workshops or training.
Our webinars are generally offered free of charge and are often targeted to a specific group of user or focused on a specific topic or feature of interest. Our “Lunch ‘N Learn” webinar series is particularly popular and offers quick, 45-minute sessions covering topical issues and popular TEA features.

Workshops & User Groups

Workshops & User Groups

Group workshops and user group sessions allow TEA users to come together in a common location and get live, in-person, instructor-led training and feature demonstrations in a group atmosphere.  This type of training is typically organized by a common governing organization in order to bring together its members and fellow TEA users to discuss  TEA best-practices, cover/introduce custom features and applications or to host open-forum user groups.  Group workshops also offer great networking opportunity for peer organizations.
